A couple of weeks ago, Kevin suggested on the message board that we should put together a "Best Of" collection of pictures from the last year. Knowing a good idea when I hear it, let's look at some of the greatest hits of the last nine months:

25) This picture comes from a random night at The Doghouse Tavern. It makes me laugh...just look how scary Nath looks, how happy I look, and how completely nervous Liz looks.
24) You know I love the Real World...at Trudy's in Austin, we made a sign to show we cared.
23) We don't hang out with Blake's roommate Dave too often, but you have to admit, he has the Zoolander look down in this picture from Pangea.
22) This picture came from the Wild On! Lazybrook party back in August...I basically have it on this list as a favor to Alex.

20) This is a personal favorite from New Year's Eve in New Orleans. Hari's looking into camera 2, Liz is looking hot, Luke looks like he's celebrating successful chemo, and random guy looks like he's up for a good time.
19) Jeff gives us the closest thing I ever want to see to a whipped cream bikini on him in this pic from Miles's birthday party at Valhalla.

17) I find this picture hilarious for some reason, although it is basically just Michelle looking happy while riding the light rail to Pangea.
16) One of the highlights of our trip to the Austin Marathon was making signs to show support for Kevin, Chris, and the other runners. This one was the most popular both among our group, and the Austin running community.
15) This would just be a normal homoerotic picture, but Kevin has a phone cord wrapped around his neck. That makes it special.
14) There are numerous great Jeff and Blake pictures, but this one and this one seem to capture their friendship as well as any.
13) Jeff gives Rob a special goodbye at his going away party.
12) Michelle, in between rugby games, is a sight to behold.
11) Jeff was in fantastic form the night that we celebrated his birthday on 6th Street in Austin. The looks on his face, and those on Michelle and Jennifer tell the whole story.
10) After I slammed my fist into Jeff's testicles in New Orleans, I promised to make it up to him by buying him as many drinks as he could finish in half an hour. On the night that I paid my debt, Jeff decided that he should try to meet some girls. First he approached this girl, stole her cigarette, told her that she "Should be very afraid", and posed for a picture with her (I just found out today that Chien knows her). Next, we pinned this sign to his shirt as he went to talk to a couple of forty year old cougars. He took it well.
9) I honestly don't know what is really happening in this picture...that's probably for the best. Some things are best left to the imagination.
8) Rob's crotch is reserved...for Jennifer?
7) These two come from Dallas and what Blake and I affectionately called Couples Weekend, 2004. The first is included as much for the Jeff reaction shot as for the outstanding foreground action, while the second is included because of my rocking preppy attire and our overall adorableness.
6) So who is Hari really...is he a smooth operator, a gay blade, or a greasy foreign kid?
5) One of my favorites of the guy pics...we are all singing out "Cumming!" at the top of our lungs when this one was taken.
4) You knew these pics would be included...Alex and I, champions of bocce ball.
3) Neither of them can remember posing for this pic, but that only makes it funnier.
2) The night we celebrated Jeff's birthday in Austin, it actually snowed. Looking at how happy we all are in this picture always brings a smile to my face.
1) My favorite picture that we have taken in the last year came from what was a rather nondescript night at Valhalla for me. Look at this picture, though...as Chien suggested, wouldn't this make a great album cover if we were a boy band? Alex and I look like the nice ones you could bring home to mom (a la Justin Timberlake and Lance Bass), Jeff's looking happily disinterested (but notice the stains all over him), Chien is rebelling against the man, while Blake has perfected the disinterented youth look...he'll be the first one with a solo record. I don't think we could pose for a picture this good again if we tried.
