| What we've done so far: | |||||||||||||
| Now we are Junior Girl Scouts. We had two bridging ceremonies, one in the Spring, and one when new girls joined our troop in the Fall. We have all done the prerequisites for our Bronze Award together. We earned badges and developed our leadership skills. All of us earned the Junior Girl Scout Leadership Award. Four of us also worked as Junior Aides. We also earned the Sign of the Star, and some of us earned other signs. This year we worked in committees, each organizing a different badge for our troop to work on. We all got to take turns being president and secretary for our committees. We practiced some old and learned some new outdoor skills, and we participated in our first Camporee. We're also planning for two trips, one to San Francisco and one to Southern California. |
