Project
Description: My Currently our code is working on two specific
Center wide goals: Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and High
Performance Organization (HPO) certifications. By creating this manual we will be able to
move toward these two goals by having documented, repeatable procures. This project will also allow me to have a
reference for cross training other employees. I am interested in this project because it will
enable our department to formalize our procedures, it will increase
productivity by making cross training and back up work more timely, and
finally it will be a key factor in the center wide goals for certifications. The stakeholders involved in this project are
myself as the I-3 Configuration Management representative; the I-3 Engineers
as their ability to receive consistent and constant support will increase,
the Configuration Management team leaders who will have security in that
anyone would be able to use the manual to answer questions or complete
require duties, and the Center as a whole as this will play a key in our
receiving certification in both Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
and High Performance Organization (HPO). Page
