I wanted to make a page where people can say how they felt about Gian and what kind of person they felt he was. You can send
in anything, poems, songs, verses, quotes, or just anything. If you like you could also sign the guestbook, which i guess is
an easier place to put things. But here you can add more if you want. Please tell me if you want to add anything(contact
page).
A Song for Gian
At some point
You're gonna figure out
Why you have so much anger in you
Your thoughts will crawl
From the inside out
While your smoldering soul is a danger to you
But I'll be near
I could never drift too far
Ill be near
If just in spirit
No matter where you are
My heart reaches out to you
From a dimension we cant comprehend
My love will try to see you through
Past beginning and long past the end
At some point youll recall my words
Theyll ring through the silence in the night
Your inner thoughts will shift
Irregardless of who was wrong or right
And youll feel me near
Cause I could never drift too far
In your heart, youll know Im near
No matter where you are
Cause my heart will have always reached out to you
From a dimension we cant comprehend
My love will never stop trying to see you through
Past beginning and long past the end

Lifetimes
Lifetimes of longing
The object of longing
I think we all know
Lifetimes of sharing
Though were not the same people
Well grow
Father, mother, sister, brother
Husband, wife, lover, friend
Pathways crisscross lead to each other
Well find each other in the end
In the end
Was I sweet or kind enough?
Did conviction set me free?
Was my love jealous, or sincere love?
Will I chase you through eternity?
Lifetimes of sorrow, joy, and laughter
Curiously sensing time has passed
What higher power are we after?
Will love take us home
At last?

What I want most for my beloved son, Gian Thomas Sabordo
Ziccarello
. . .is for him to grow tall
not necessarily in height
but in stature
of courage, conviction, passion
to consciously be in tune, in touch
with his multitude of talents
physical, intellectual, artistic, musical
quick-mindedness
to be his own person
and proud of it
to reach as high as his strong arms can reach
as he attempts to lasso a comet shooting past
yet to know how gently to hold
a tiny infants hand
to travel the world with the ancient eyes
of his watchful, old soul
sensitive to joy, as well as, to sorrow
to not be afraid of anyone or anything
especially of his own great capacity for success
to be hungry, thirsty, famished
for knowledge, truth, righteousness
to develop his intuitive sense for debate
to enhance this worlds beauty
to master his god within
to find heaven on earth
to be loving always
to his fellow man,
to all of Gods creatures and
ultimately,
to himself.

Love Never Sleeps
Theres beauty in a dying tree
Aligned with natures constancy
Taking only what she needs
To give it back again
Love never sleeps
She laughs aloud and gently weeps
Shell lullaby the one she keeps
But love never sleeps
For in the while, she had the chance
To bask in loves own countenance
With sun and wind in tender dance
Of graceful sway and bend
Chorus
So does love bring faith anew
A rendering of joy unto
Fearlessly offering, I love you
Ill find you once again.
Chorus
- Roe Sabordo Ziccarello
*In Memory of Gian*
There's mourning and much sorrow
for those you've left behind
we fear that we won't see you
not for many other tomorrows
You leave us all in grief
but your story we'll keep inside
about what you have taught us
we'll never try to hide
We'll listen to our parents
and what they have to say
And when we face those tough decisions
We'll remember that early day
That day that you left us
to be with the One who cares
You left us all in heartbreak
for that we have to bear
We lost the sweetest guy
And a gentleman they would call
We tried to remember the good times
But we'd just sit there and bawl
So now we say good bye
and we'll see you again
Thanks for all you've done
We love you so much Gian!
- From Lauren Chappell
it was 6:12 on the 7th
when he went 2 heaven
...he was 2 young 2 die,
so i sit and i cry
wondering why GOD took such an awesome guy?
They say time will mend a broken heart
an i wondering when will it start
..a thousand teardrops have run down my face
but nothing seems 2 numb the pain.
But G u left us all with good memories
an no ur spirit will live threw me,
everytime i rhyme
I will remember the times
when u would tell me
the 1st phillipino raper ud b!
So plez G
smile jus 1 more time 4 me
so i can see those sweet dimples
that made ripples
that ripped threw me
an my mind will be at ease
- From Regina Purvis
I'd give you a hug but I don't want to hurt you
The last few words I'd say to you, who knew?
We said our goodbyes promising for more fun in the fall,
yet how was i to know you would leave us all
We went our separate ways as you lifted you crutch
and i to my class, not knowing never again would i feel your touch
now your gone and i can't describe how i feel
i still can't believe this is all so real
I've cried a million tears and some more
hoping your face would appear for me to adore
It was 6:12 p.m. on June the 7th
It was your time to go to heaven.
I wish you could stay to once again comfort me
but in heaven you're watching in my heart forever you'll be
know the memory you smile will always be in my thoughts
just as you and me together will one day be sought
I love you Gian and will never forget you
save me a hug and place up there with you?
