Education Fund
If tuition fees would create a financial hardship for parents/students, the school has established and Education Fund to be able to provide parents/students, with an Education Grant. Therefore students would be able to continue their German studies.
Education Grants have to be recommended by the teacher of the student/s to board of directors. The board may ask you to put into writing your request for an Education Grant for a second or third child in your family.
Education Grant applications are handled with strict confidentiality. The board of directors musst approve each application and will make the final decision regarding each Education Grant application. However, the school will not grant any Education Grant if false information were supplied.
A Registration fee of $25 can not be waived and is not part of the Education Grant. If books are needed, books are not covered. However, the school may supply books from the school library. Library books musst be returned at the end of each Semester.
Education Grants musst be applied for each Semester. Should insufficient registration cause the cancellation of a class/course, any Education Grants will be void.
