1/100 Principality of ZEON,  MS-06F Zaku2 Close Fire Support

                                                                                  
This is a kit bashed Bandai 1/100 MG Zaku2 with most of the work done on the body with milliput and plastic sheet. This kit was first started around year 2000 and I only managed to finish it in late 2004. The original design features a larger gun on a backpack which is as big as the zaku body. It used to feature a movable waist which permits the zaku to arch it's back. However, the joint broke off due to years of neglects and rough handling. 

It is only till August 2004 that I decided to rebuild it. The waist is now glue to the lower body and the gaps filled with clay. I also decided to replace the original larger gun with a shorter scratch build gun and smaller backpack. Some of the smaller details also broke off during years of storage in the spare box.

The reactive armour blocks (ERA) are cast in clay. The original ERA are from DRAGON 1/35 T-72 kit.
