Well I was happy to hear that, and I really started to look at him differently. I was relieved that my initial reaction wasn't an aberation. I had already thought he was cute and was attracted to him but thinking he was with Joan I had tried to repress my  initial response.  Now I really started to enjoy his company in a different was and started to flirt with him. something that I never do and generally think that I don't know how to do. But on rare occasions it just comes out naturally. I was having a great time. Unfortunately by the end of dinner he had mentioned his boyfriend.  Obviously I was quite disappointed but I did like him in general and continued to enjoy his company.

We then wnt to the Unicorn Theater. This is a theater that is in mid town and I have been passing it for years.  It seems out of place because most of the theaters in town are downtown in the theater district. It is a very small venue which means there areno bad seats.  Our seats were in the last row which put us in about row 20, so I do mean small.

The media here in town would  mention the play on air but they refuesed to say the name. So when the director wnt tobe interviewed they kept talking around the name.  When  the advertising staff tried to send out prent ads they were unable to find anyonw that would take them. The play was a satire of the james Bond movies and had an all women cast.  It was called Shoctapussy in reference to Octopussy.  Scandalous isn't it.  this goes to show that we are still quite provincial and are still part of the bible belt.

The play ended up being very funny and I had a great time. Afterwards we called it a night and went home.

This was the totality of my weekend. I spent sunday at home cleaning, reanding and relaxing.

Until next time--
