Return the package via UPS, FED-EX or Airborne if possible, which allows the package to be tracked. If it is necessary to mail your return, always insure your package. Packages returned via regular mail that cannot be tracked are not the responsibility of CyberWize. Packages returned without an RMA number will take up to 30 days longer to process. If Your Shipment is Damaged Keep all packing materials so they may be inspected. Immediately upon receipt of any damaged shipment, notify CyberWize Customer Service (within 48 hours) at 941-371-1010. You will then be instructed to contact the carrier if a freight claim or freight inspection is needed. |
