matches: THE BOY VS. NICK KELLY

Natalie:
The following contest is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first is the Genesis Champion... hailing from New York City, New York... "The Beauty Prince" himself.... NICK KELLY!!

"Sunglasses at Night" by Corey Hart hits the arena speakers as the Genesis Champion makes his way out onto the stage. He's got the title over his shoulder as he walks down the ramp, toward the ring. Kelly rolls into the ring and gets back to his feet.

Natalie:
And introducing his opponent... "The Canadian Uberstar"... The Boy... SCOTT HELLINGS!!!

The lights go out and The Boy's entrance video begins to play as red and white lights flash throughout the arena. As the lyrics begin The Boy emerges from behind the curtain. He saunters down the entrace ramp, pausing to show off his body and to talk trash to some of the fans. He slides into the ring and climbs the turnbuckle, and does a salute to all his "fans," whom he refers to as "The Boy Scouts." Once Hellings hops back down, the referee calls for the bell.

*DING* *DING* *DING*

Nick Kelly begins circling as Scott Hellings follows; they each raise an arm ready for the first tie up. The hands fight for a good grip before locking; Scott Hellings forces himself forward locking arms with Nick Kelly. Nick Kelly fights for a few seconds before throwing Scott Hellings a foot or so off him. Nick Kelly walks backward, springing off the ropes; he leaps into the air connecting nicely with a Shoulder Takedown. Scott Hellings is far from being fazed, he leaps to his feet, Nick Kelly goes for a brutal Clothesline but Scott Hellings ducks underneath before gripping onto Nick Kelly and hitting a Quick DDT. Nick Kelly shakes his head and also jumps to his feet. Scott Hellings however is ready he grabs onto Nick Kelly, whipping him hard into the turnbuckle. Nick Kelly clenches his teeth in pain from the connection from his back to weakly padded metal. Nick Kelly stumbles back into the middle of the ring.

Tony Rios:
Hellings using his leverage and experience to gain the upper hand.

Greg Hutton:
What else do you expect from ‘The Boy’, the man is a genius in and out of the ring.

Scott Hellings picks him up quickly by the waist and drives his spine into the mat with a harsh Spine Buster. Scott Hellings walks over to his corner and begins to taunt, sizing up Nick Kelly as he is slowly rising to his feet. Nick Kelly stumbles to his feet and turns around slowly; Scott Hellings runs over to Nick Kelly and gets him in position for The Good Deed… Scott Hellings lifts him into the air… Nick Kelly however gets an arm around Scott Hellings’ head driving it to the mat on impact. Scott Hellings bounces off in a huge amount of pain he stumbles… Then drops to the ground face first. Nick Kelly spots Scott Hellings struggling to his feet, he runs for the ropes and returns with a huge spring, he grabs onto the back of Scott Hellings’ head and thumps it into the canvas with a brilliantly timed Bulldog. Scott Hellings’ head bounces of the canvas before dropping with a thud. Nick Kelly walks over to the battered Scott Hellings lifting him to his feet; he takes a step into Scott Hellings for extra power dishing him with a hard uppercut. Scott Hellings stumbles around trying to familiarize himself with the surroundings.

Greg Hutton:
Straight uppercut there from Nick Kelly, sending him back into the 1950's.

Tony Rios:
I'm not sure it was that hard.

Greg Hutton:
Fine the mid-60's then.

Nick Kelly backs into the ropes and returns with a straight right hand to the forehead of Scott Hellings; Scott Hellings without a choice is thumped to the mat from the impact. Nick Kelly taunts the crowd letting them no he is almost ready to end this, he bends over Scott Hellings and gives him one last stomp before running to the nearest turnbuckle and climbing to the third. He crouches, breathing heavily, waiting for Scott Hellings to stand. Scott Hellings gets to his knees, but almost topples over again… He grabs onto the ropes trying to stand, finally he hooks both his arms over the top rope and lifts himself up, and he looks around, looking for Nick Kelly… He looks every where but the turnbuckle on which Nick Kelly is standing; finally he makes one last rotation… Nick Kelly leaps into the air looking for a Cross-Body. Scott Hellings however spots it; he drops to his back… Nick Kelly connects… Scott Hellings rolls backward… Nick Kelly’s shoulders are pressed! The Ref, stunned, drops to his feet and counts. [1..2..!] Scott Hellings can’t believe it! He stumbles to his feet with a fierce look on his face; he looks the ref right in the eye and gestures a three count with his fingers. The Ref shakes his head and gestures two…

Tony Rios:
The Ref telling Scott Hellings it was only two.

Greg Hutton:
I still have a feeling that the Ref is going to screw “The Boy” tonight. He may look like a fair guy but I don't think so.

Scott Hellings has lost it; he raises an arm to The Ref ready to knock him out cold, the Referee gets right back into his face… Just before he can Nick Kelly grabs onto him and spins him around. Nick Kelly sends two jabs into the cheek of Scott Hellings… Nick Kelly goes for a big third but Scott Hellings denies it grabbing onto the arm, he uses the arm of Nick Kelly whipping him into the ropes… Scott Hellings sets as Nick Kelly springs off; Scott Hellings hits a Back Body Drop with ENORMOUS height. Scott Hellings jumps onto the cover as The Referee makes position. [1...2...!] Scott Hellings gets to his feet still furious he begins stomping a mud hole in Nick Kelly, Nick Kelly block’s some boots but not many. Scott Hellings continues stomping the life out of Nick Kelly as he begins to die down, blocking less and less. Finally Nick Kelly’s limbs have dropped to the mat. Scott Hellings brings Nick Kelly to his feet… He hooks his arm over the head over Nick Kelly before landing and incredibly powerful Snap Suplex. Scott Hellings lifts Nick Kelly again… He drives Nick Kelly’s head in between his knees; Scott Hellings hooks his arms looking for a Piledriver. Scott Hellings attempts to lift but Nick Kelly does not budge. Scott Hellings sends a few clubbing blows to the back of Nick Kelly in an attempt to weaken him. He again hooks Nick Kelly’s arms and attempts it again… Nick Kelly begins to but again his feet drop safely on the mat… He builds up whatever strength he has left and reverses Scott Hellings with a Back Body Drop.

Tony Rios:
That took a lot out of Nick Kelly. I can't believe he did it.

Greg Hutton:
Props to Nick Kelly for pulling that one out.

Nick Kelly runs at Scott Hellings who for some reason got straight to his feet. He lines up for a Clothesline however Scott Hellings scoops Nick Kelly up like he was a feather and slams him down like a ton of bricks. Nick Kelly again down, Scott Hellings begins to taunt. The crowd grows weary; some boos begins to break out. Scott Hellings climbs to the top rope… He mounts the turnbuckle and faces the crowd. Scott Hellings taunts to the ringside crowd yelling gestures… They continue to argue as he spends more and more time with his eye off him opponent. Nick Kelly is up… The crowd goes nuts; Nick Kelly runs to the turnbuckle and meets Scott Hellings at the top. Nick Kelly grips onto Scott Hellings tightly around the waist… They both struggle as Scott Hellings sends and elbow into the cranium of Nick Kelly, Nick Kelly almost drops off the turnbuckle but somehow keep his grip. Nick Kelly sends a clubbing blow to Scott Hellings as he continues to struggle; he goes for another elbow but Nick Kelly ducks and leaps off the turnbuckle still holding onto Scott Hellings. In mid air Nick Kelly pulls Scott Hellings down to the mat causing him to feel all the impact. Scott Hellings hits first as his whole body feels the tension of the German Suplex off the top rope. Nick Kelly struggles to his feet still holding Scott Hellings around the waist; he grips tightly and clenches his teeth for extra strength. Scott Hellings is pulled off the mat and into another German Suplex. The crowd is going wild, they yell TWO! Nick Kelly connects with the second German and is still holding onto Scott Hellings. Nick Kelly gets to his feet a third time STILL holding onto Scott Hellings. He now tenses all his muscles for the third and final German. Just begins to lift but he somehow breaks free and is pushed into the ropes. He springs off as Nick Kelly wonders what has happened. Scott Hellings catches Nick Kelly in the Highway To Hellings!

Tony Rios:
Nick Kelly looking for that third German...

Greg Hutton:
But to no avail, Scott Hellings hit his signature move! It's over!

The Scott Hellings fans start to go nuts. Scott Hellings takes a couple deep breathes as he looks down at Nick Kelly. Nick Kelly lays motionless on the mat. Scott Hellings looks over at the Referee, who is standing in the corner. The Referee nods his head at Scott Hellings and gestures to Nick Kelly’s fallen body. Scott Hellings looks around at his fans; he finally puts his hands on Nick Kelly’s body for the cover. The Referee slides to the action and begins the count. [1..2..!] Nick Kelly’s fans go crazy as the sound in the arena gets to it’s loudest point. Hellings slowly brings Nick Kelly to his feet and hits the release German suplex. This time, Scott Hellings wastes no time going for the cover. The Referee gets into position. [1...2...!]

Tony Rios:
Big German suplex. But it didn't put Nick Kelly away.

Greg Hutton:
Not yet anyways.

Scott Hellings sits up to his knees and puts his hands over his face in disbelief. Nick Kelly still lays on the mat, Hellings quickly gets out of the ring and goes for a chair. The fans start to boo as Scott Hellings enters the ring with the chair in-hand. Nick Kelly has managed to make it to all fours, but Scott Hellings holds the chair over his head, but The Referee grabs it from behind him. Scott Hellings turns around to see The Referee who is holding the chair; the Ref throws the chair out of the ring. Scott Hellings gets right into the Referee’s face. The two men start to argue. With Scott Hellings’ back to Nick Kelly, Nick Kelly rolls Scott Hellings up in a small package. The Referee quickly goes down for the count. 1...Scott Hellings quickly kicks out. Scott Hellings quickly gets to his feet. Nick Kelly charges at Scott Hellings but Scott Hellings catches him and hits a huge Highway to Hellings! The impact from that move was huge, as the fans go insane again.

Hellings looks around the ring, looking up at his fans. He drops to his knees over a fallen Kelly. All of a sudden a figure rolls out from under the ring.

Tony Rios:
WHAT THE HELL!? Shadojoker!! What the hell's he doing out here?!

He comes in behind Hellings and grabs his head to hit a huge reverse DDT. The referee calls for the bell.

*DING* *DING* *DING*

Natalie:
Your winner... by disqualification... SCOTT HELLINGS!!

Tony Rios:
DAMNIT!! Come on!! What the hell does Shadojoker think he's doing??

Greg Hutton:
Getting his damn groove back, Tony!

The fans start to boo Shadojoker for breaking up the match. He picks up a fallen Hellings and nails a quick neck breaker. The referee comes over to stop Shadojoker but he hits the ref with a huge right knocking him to the mat. Shadojoker once again picks up Hellings and nails the Shado-Drop. Hellings lays motionless on the mat; Kelly remains motionless on the mat after being hit the Hellings’ finisher. Shadojoker looks at the carnage left in the ring and a sick smile comes to his face. Shadojoker rolls out the ring and makes his way up the aisle, walking backwards to keep his eye on the ring and the fallen Scott Hellings.

Greg Hutton:
Scott Hellings was robbed. Even though he won the match via DQ, he had Nick Kelly exactly where he wanted him, he was finished.

Tony Rios:
Well we will never know for sure. A terrible display from Shadojoker ruins the conclusion of this match. Nevertheless, Scott Hellings is your winner due to outside interference from Shadojoker. What a shame, these men put on an incredible match and I don’t think we’ve seen the end of Scott Hellings and Nick Kelly. But Greg, it looks like next up we have Dancing with the King!
