21ST JULY: HIT ON & FRAILTY & VIA SATELLITE

I got hit on at the bus stop today. That is the last time that I sit down next to a male whilst waiting for the bus because the same thing happened last time. However though the man in question last time was younger than myself (I assume as he looked a lot younger and I tend to look younger than my 23 years), this time the man was a little on the handicapped side. I have no problem with people with mental difficulties, but it just annoyed me that it couldn’t have been the nice young fella at the gym who did my new program training this morning. It didn’t help that I AM FAT and that he has a girlfriend. Either way, he was good looking. Argh, I am aching though. This cold is taking it out on me. Phooey. Who cares.

I watched Frailty the other night. What is there to say about that film? If it were not for the gorgeous Matthew McConaughey I quite possibly would not have bothered sitting through to the end. Okay, so I would of as the only film that I have ever walked out on was The Matrix (and as of last night New Crime City) I would have sat there waiting for the end to bed good, to have a twist of some kind. And it did, however it was the most predictable twist imaginable. The whole damned film was predictable. Obviously the end begs the question (stop reading if you are going to watch it) if they really weren’t nuts, which is obvious from the ‘security film’. That is quite possibly the only part of the film which could give it any credence what so ever.

I also watched Via Satellite last night, a New Zealand film which I chose at random from the comedy section (as I really don’t have a clue what comedies I like) and had a good cackle at it. Quite amusing. If it weren’t for the accents it could very well have been set in the commission areas within Australia, except that Australia kick arse in the pool. However it had very little to do with the swimming itself, rather the dysfunctional family that were involved. Of course due to my inability to socialise I have watched innumerable films over the years and predictability becomes a problem, though this one just didn’t seem to matter. The storyline was rather interesting and the laughs were plenty. For me, that is saying something!

Whats wrong this being hit on by a young guy? Nothing wrong with a little flirting to boost everyones ego.

I'm always in a good mood after I get hit on becuase it makes me feel attractive. I even flirted a little a few weeks ago. But then I felt guilty and called David. I didn't tell David about the flirting or about getting hit on. I don't know how he'd react. I know i'd be pissed to hear that he got hit on.

Hmm. somehow this got about me, but it was about you. The lesson is. sometimes flirting is fun and makes one feel attractive and good.

and your other entry has convinced me to read the boys from brazil. Just as soon as i finish/give up on Ovid.
