Horoscope:
I blame the Greeks. They wrote too many tales featuring superhumans. They left us with the idea that to attain success, you must have the strength pf Hercules or the determination of Zeus.Even today we retain respect for the Olympian ideal. We suspect that, somehow, we could also attain elevation to the status of deity, if we could summon enough self disciplin. But the cosmic truth is that the universe is neither dificult nor demanding. To get along you need no more than a little effort. Fortune this week favours the lazy. Do no more than you have to. (Jonathan Cainer)

24TH JULY: I HAVE TO STOP SMILING
I got a look back today. I have had quite a few looks lately, despite my fatness. So, okay, I used to be bigger fatter than this and I was the pick up queen. The was one night that I remember quite clearly because there was numerous times that Annabelle bought it up. We decided to go to the Albion in Wank City, which was quite common for us during that era. Within moments of going in the door men were flocking to me. I will never understand it, nor will it ever happen again.
I think it must be the smile. Because this guy today received one from me. A lot of people have lately. Generally if someone smiles at me I just look and walk by, but a lot of people have been smiling at me and I catch myself smiling back. The other day in the video store there was a man there whom every time that I walked around the isle and he was there, he would smile, and I would involuntarily smile back at him. It felt really weird.
Today’s hottie succeeded in dragging one from me whilst I was walking out of the craft shop door in bird town. He was walking by, looked at me, smiled, and I reciprocated. As I was going the same way as him I noticed him look back at me, then enter the bank. Minutes later as he exited and walked past me again (as I sat at the darn bus stop) he smiled again. When he was a little farther up the road I decided to give him a second look to find him looking directly at me and looking awkwardly away. So I got a look back.
Well, why not talk to me fella? Huh?
On other news. Potty training took a step forward this afternoon. I told Missy to stop in the midst of her business and she did. Usually she would wait until I lifted her off her potty to finish going (she has that much control but refuses to use her potty) and then she finished going! It was so exciting. Really, truely. Potty training thus far has been the most difficult thing about being a parent.
The best part is sitting here and watching her dance to Hi-5 (a bribe for using the potty). She loves to dance, and sing. Think of all that Indian rock stuff with the high pitched wailing. If it were popular, she'd sell up big. Cheers.
