Veteran skills managing both people and projects in finance and IT departments. Extensive experience with Fortune 500 organizations in consulting, banking, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, tourism, wholesale, and retail operations. Software application experience with Aprimo, Unica, Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle financial data marts. Experience with Windows, Unix (Sun, Linux, AIX,HP), AS400, and mainframe hardware environments supporting finance data marts, very large data set extraction, and reporting tools. Project manager with project management certification from the University of Washington. Instructor with the University of Phoenix (since 2004) in the Department of Information Systems and Technology.

Implemented marketing automation software per client specifications in less than 3 months. Developed and optimized CRM data marts in support of marketing applications. |

Standardized documentation and scripting of processes for 75 OLAP databases in 3 months at Bank of America. Automated process resulted in time savings of 60 hours per month for the department. Standard process included variable driven scripts, backup and failover capabilities, production user id, triggers, and scheduler automation. Additionally java reports were developed to provide web viewing of status and usage logs from the servers.

Managed $2 million budget used to implement profitability reporting system for the General Bank Group at Wachovia. Implemented 3 servers in first 3 months on the job. Migrated existing databases, built new databases, and hired 2 associates to support the production environment. Project had failed prior to my arrival as the General Bank Group had been waiting over 1 year for servers to be implemented by the technology department.

Migrated ORACLE finance data mart into data warehouse in three (3) months at Amazon.com. The data mart migration project served to eliminate a redundant data set, hardware, and staff supporting 24x7 availability of the finance data mart. Project demonstrated that finance data is a component of the enterprise data model. |

Implemented SEC "segment" reporting data mart at Washington Mutual Bank in three (3) months. Data mart was in response to the need to file SEC reports based upon FASB #131, "Disclosures about Segments of an Enterprise and Related Information" . The ORACLE data mart was installed on UNIX servers and reports were generated via ESSBASE and Microsoft Access. |

Brought Sunkist Growers, Inc. general ledgers into compliance with FASB #92, "Consolidation of All Majority-Owned Subsidiaries" in two (2) months. Utilized Cumulative Translation Adjustment Account to book changes in equity due to translation of foreign exchange rates upon consolidation of books for close process. |

16 company general ledger conversion project in six (6) months with Universal Studios. Converted companies to corporate purchasing, payables, project accounting, payroll, and general ledger system with deliverables in excess of expectations and completed the project under the $350K budget. |
