GameCube Delayed until November!
We can't say that we didn't see it coming, everyone knows that
Nintendo has a tendancy to delay almost everything they do, and
GameCube is no exception. Originally set for October, GameCube
got it's new release date at the annual Toy Fair in New York. The
new date will be November, but there is a chance that it might
be bumped back to October or even November. For now Nintendo
wants to avoid what happened to Sony with the Playstation 2,
which promised 1 million PS2s shipped to America, but fell short
with the delivery, making thousands of Sony fans angry.
This also gives a chance to the developers, it gives them some
more time to finish the games in time for the release of the GC
in America.
The final date will be reveiled at E3 2001, make sure to stay
