Introduction to the prophetic section |

There are a lot of sites on the Internet with prophecies. Some of them are very powerful, speaking to the Church, speaking to nations. The ones here are mostly pictures and parables that have a prophetic flavour.
These words mostly came out in praise or conversation with friends and are not published on other parts of the Internet, although I can't guarantee that!
All of the folk who brought these words are lovely humble servants, (leastwise that is what they told me!) So treat the words with respect.
Jeremiah cautions us not to proclaim prophetic words of others without being sure they are from the Lord; I'm pretty sure of the ones included here; but if they don't ring true in your spirit, just leave them. No one will get offended if you aren't comfortable with a word.
Also short doesn't mean less powerful! At times it just takes a single word spoken in season to break bonds and release His power into our lives.

Invitation to the banquet |

The banquet prophecy is a long word - it came out during a long on-line worship session as a series of vignettes, whilst snacking. I considered separating the sections up into various parts, but the central theme of the Lord bringing victory whilst we enjoy a worship feast in His presence is woven throughout, so it remains a single page. In a way just like the banquet above - many individual dishes, together making up the meal. |

Jilted Bridegroom
(thought and intercession) |

The jilted bridegroom is a thought following a painful time that led to an intercession for the Church - Part of the prophetic is that place of intercession, it is not just about receiving and delivering words from the Lord; but much more about feeling the tender heart of God, and so often that is a simple cry to Him to have mercy on another. |

A while back, the Lord brought 2 prophetic words through some friends of mine. They were unusual in the context of the way things were in the churches around us at the time; but they were images of fishing. The other part word came fairly recently, and is the prophetic application of a scripture from Ezekiel, it seemed to to go together with the first two. With an image of a stream going closer to the Dead Sea, and becoming deeper where we are less in control and more carried by the stream of the Lord's freshness towards those 'fish' who are dead in sin. |

This word I included because it so reminded me fo the words soken to me by a dear friend Keith, (now in glory), who always saw leaves as God's way of speaking to us about how He was changing our lives - This is not from Keith, but very like the words that the Lord used to speak through him. |

These 3 are end times prophetic thoughts rather than prophecies; and actually came as part answers to a friend's questions asked when facing some really difficult things in their life. But they have had a deep effect on the way I see the Lord leading us - I hope you are blest by them.
They are not artistically done like the others so imagination is required! |

Besides that, and most importantly, there�s the armor of God to put on. We talk about this a lot. Whether you declare this scripture over yourself, or prophetically gesture it, is between you and the Lord. He will show you where, when and how. Again, it�s not a request, it�s an imperative statement, a direction given from our Commander. |
