In October 2003 the worst fire in California history occured. Over 2000 homes were destroyed, as well as burning 721,791 acres. This is a photo I took of one of the San Diego fires.

Looking South from Kate Sessions Park on Mount Soledad. The Sea World tower is lit to be like an American flag.

This is the view from where I used to live. You can see La Jolla Cove and La Jolla Shores beach.

Looking across the bay from Coronado. It is a Santa Ana day so it is very clear.

San Diego is on the coast, as a result boats are very popular "lifestyle accessories".

I was near the cross on Mount Soledad, during a thunderstorm one night. I was able to get this really awesome picture.

This is downtown San Diego taken from the Harbor cruise at night. During the summer months evening clouds and fog are common.

This is downtown San Diego taken from Coronado Island. The white sailed building by San Diego Bay is the Convention Center. Comic-con is held there each year.

looking south from Mt. Soledad is Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. In the background is Point Loma.

Mt. Soledad looking north you see La Jolla Shores beach. The pier belongs to Scripps Institute of Oceanography.

The La Valencia Hotel in La Jolla.

Looking down the street toward La Jolla Cove.
