In Brazil's Central-West region is the political capital
of the country, Brasília, built in the 1950s with its futuristic
architecture created by Oscar Niemeyer.
This region is also home for the second most
important preserved area of the country, the Pantanal, with its wetlands
famous for their abundant wildlife.
Stunning caves and plateaus are also found in the
Central-West region.
