Chapter 17 --- The First Kiss

Kat looked up, wiping the tears from her eyes, and said, �Sorry Khun Tik, Ken was comforting me.�

"Go and continue with your comforting time, make sure to go back to work when you are done!� Tik said with a serious tone, and walked out of the coffee room without looking back at both of them.

Ken got the tension, and looked at both Kat and Tik. Ken was confused why Tik would get mad at the fact that Kat was crying on him, she wasn�t Benz.

"Damn, you Tik! You dare hang up on me like that! Don�t think I will let you be happy with that secretary of yours. I will be back in your life. You can bet on that Tik! Awwww�my sweet, gullible Tik. You got tricked once, why not get tricked twice. I know you still LOVE ME�I know you do, that�s why you didn�t get married yet, because you�re waiting for me�Ha Ha�Ha�.� Benz was talking and laughing to herself in her room after Tik Hung up on her.

A few days after Benz�s husband died, they announced the will. Unfortunately, Benz did not get anything whatsoever and neither did his daughter. The only person that received something was Hugo. Hugo�s father had a private savings account that no one knew of, not even Benz.

Hugo was rich once again after receiving his inheritance, and not because of Anna. He didn�t need to be nice or kiss up to Anna for her money any longer. Sad for Benz, she got nothing. Throughout the years she�s been married, she spent every penny she could get a hold of. That�s why her husband was in the middle of a bankruptcy.

No one knew if the car accident was really an accident or a suicide. But Jakrapong Senior was happy where he went. For one, he was annoyed of Benz and her spending habits, and for another reason, he had many enemies and he didn�t want to deal with them anymore.

Benz was left with nothing, not even the house or the company. She had to move out the end of the month. Both the house and the company were taken away to pay for Jakrapong Senior debts. As for Hugo, he could buy his own place if he wanted to; because his father�s personal savings gave him the power once again.

Benz did not want to ask Hugo for some of the money, she was furious that her husband did not give her any money and not knowing he had a private savings account. If she knew she would have gotten her hands on it.

The only thing Benz could do now was to make a living for her self once again. She did not want to go back living poorly, after the luxury of doing nothing. That�s why she had the idea of going back to Tik.

She knew Tik would feel sorry for her, and would give her a job. He wouldn�t let her go downhill. She had no way of seeing Tik outside of his office because he was a workaholic according to the news she got on him. So she decided to apply for work at his company. And once she got the job, it would make her see him much better and would give her a chance to get close to him once again. She was confident that Tik would come back to her.

Little did Benz know that Tik had changed a lot throughout the years and he was not the same lovely hearted guy as before. She did not know he was cold hearted when it came to love, and never took any women seriously because he was ticked once and that would never happen twice!

"Kat stop drinking. Come on it is getting late. We both should be getting home. Come on.� Ken was buzzed himself, he was drinking at a bar with Kat.

"Ken drink more, come on Ken drink more. Let�s forget all these people who bring us heartaches. They�re a waste of time.� As drunk as Kat was, she still wanted more drinks.

When Kat was in America, she drank occasionally, like wine or cocktails; but tonight, she wanted to drink more than she could handle.

"Come on Kat, I�ll carry you outside. I already called Tik to take you home. I can�t drive us home. I will take the taxi. I will be ok taking the taxi home, but you are a girl, you can never take the taxi home by yourself and with your condition; you need a guide home.�

Ken was worried about Kat because she was really drunk. He was carrying Kat on his shoulder outside waiting for Tik. Kat leaned on him closer because she was losing her balance.

A girl walking passed them recognized Kat and walked closer to her. �Kat is that you? Kat are you drunk? Are you going home with this guy here?�

Kat looked up; Ken carried her to his car and let her sit down. �Oh Noi it is you. How are you doing?� Kat said drunkenly. Her eyes were half open; she then fell down in the backseat.

Noi looked at Ken. He was not looking too stable himself. Ken didn�t want Kat to drink by herself, so he took a couple of shots with her.

"Hey you man, what the heck are you doing with my friend? I am taking her home. You can leave now.� Noi said demandingly.

Ken did not look like a nice guy in Noi�s eyes at the moment, just because of the situation he was in. He looked as drunk as Kat and it looked like he was going to take advantage of Kat. Ken would be that last person to do that, because Tik would be the first person to do so.

"Look little lady, it�s not what you think it is. And what is it with the attitude?� Ken said back.

"Little lady?? What the hell? I�m not little, for your information. I can kick your ass right here and right now.� Noi said angrily.

"Whoa, calm down. I said little because I heard Kat said �Noi� which is your name, no? And man, you sure look cute when you get angry.� Ken said smiling. If Ken wasn�t drunk, he would never have the nerve to say that.

*SMACK*�on the left side of Ken�s cheeks. �Who is cute to you man? You better watch what you�re saying when you�re drunk!� Noi showed him who was boss.

Ken was shock he was slapped by a girl that looked like a tomboy, he didn�t do anything wrong, well at least that was what he thought. He didn�t want to hit a girl back, so he went up to her, put his two hands on her cheeks and pulled her face close, and put his lips onto hers. Noi�s lips were parallel to Ken�s lips.

Noi was in shock; her two eyes were wide open, while Ken closed both of his. In all her life, no one has kissed her on the lips before.

Noi pulled off from Ken�s lips, and was very pissed.

"I�I�I can�t believe you kissed me, you freak... Not my first kiss. Damn you�You� Bastard, you big ugly pig, you� you�monster...� Noi ran out of words to say, so she slapped his other cheek and kneed his stomach and twisted his arms, and kicked him into his car.

Little did Ken knows, a girl like Noi knew how to kick ass. When Noi kicked Ken into the car, he fell down facing Kat, who passed out in the car.

"What the hell is going on? Ken, what are you doing??� Tik was pissed. When Tik pulled his car up next to Ken�s car, it saw something he didn�t want to see.

"Hey Tik, I got my ass whooped by this little girl here.� Ken was getting up from Kat and getting out of the car to face Noi.

Tik looked at Noi, but Noi questioned Tik before he questioned her �Who are you now? Are you both gonna take advantage of my friend? I can kick both of your asses.�

"Easy� calm down. My name is Tik. I am Kat�s friend, also her boss. I am taking her home because she is not in any condition to stay out this late.� Tik said nicely

"Oh� You are Khun Tik. Kat mention things about you. I�d rather trust you than this freaky guy here.� Noi looked at Ken, while he was trying to stand up straight. She continued �Oh by the way, my name is Noi. I am her friend in school.�

Kat was getting along with Tik and said nice things about him to Noi, but did not mention the arrogant and womanizer side of him.

"Nice to meet you Noi, I am happy Kat has a caring friend like you. And I see you are pretty good at self defense. I can see the result on Ken�s face.� Tik said playfully. He wanted to ease the tension from everybody, even his own after seeing Ken on top of Kat.

Tik continued �Well, I am taking Kat home. Ken do you need a ride? I see you are no condition to drive home.�

Ken replied, �It is ok, I will take the taxi. I already called and they should be coming any minute now.� Ken then looked at Noi.

"Well, now I see Kat is in safe hands, I will head my own way.� Noi said to Tik. She then walked passed Ken and said �Next time you ever do that to me again, I will hurt you twice as much man! Don�t you ever come near me like that again!� Noi�s tone of voice changed from Tik to Ken. For Ken, she was dead serious.

"But I have a feeling me and you have just gotten to know each other better and closer. Why end this relationship?� Ken said sweetly with his smart mouth.

Noi turned around and was ready to slap him again. But Ken did an imitation of kissing her on the lips. He made his lips like a fish�s while closing his eyes. Noi didn�t want to bother a drunk person, so she just left.

Once Noi left, Tik carried Kat to his car. �Damn Kat you are pretty heavy for someone as little as you.� Tik was complaining

"Ha Ha Ha� See, I knew I wasn�t weak. She is heavy.� Ken said jokingly

"Shut up Ken. Anyways, where is your taxi?� Tik asked

"Come on Tik, you know me. Couple of shots is not gonna get me in trouble. We have been through worst with each other. I don�t need a taxi to take me home, and I am not that drunk. Ha ha ha ha�� Ken said with his normal voice.

"You mean you were acting drunk. So you kissed that girl, and pretended you were drunk? You bastard! Ha ha ha ha� Tik laughed at his friend�s sneakiness.

�I thought she was cute. She was being tough and all, you know that is my type of girl. And when she was angry she looked even cuter. Why do people think I am so na�ve? I may be shy at times, but not all the time! Oh well, I guess I�d rather look that way, until they find out I am really just like you Tik. Except for the womanizer part! I am just like you, when it comes to taking advantage of something cute when it is in front of you.� Ken ended and went into his car.

Tik was carrying Kat to her room, but she kept mumbling things out. She had way too many shots than she could handle. She really didn�t want to think of Hugo, Benz, or even Tik. �Hugo, I hate you. Tik, I hate you too, Benz, I don�t know you but you are cold hearted� Don�t touch me Tik, get away from me Hugo. I can�t believe Hugo�s father died� As Kat was mumbling out random things, she started to cry.

Tik laid her down in bed. She needed to be changed, and be washed up. He didn�t want to do anything to her, but just like Ken said, �taking advantage of something cute in front of you�

As Tik was ready to unbutton Kat�s shirt, his phone rang.

"Ken, what you want?� Tik said annoyingly because he called in the middle of Tik�s fun time.

"I just want to make sure; you weren�t doing anything bad to Khun Kat. She is a sweet girl, and she is drunk. So I advise you not to take advantage of anything at the moment.� Ken called to warn him.

"Shut up Ken. You think I am some kind of animal? I know what to do and what not to do. Just relax, she is home safely.� Tik confirmed her safety with Ken

"Oh, I know she will be home safe, but will she be safe with you there?� Ken added

"Is that all you called for man? Don�t worry. She is safe home and from me, why are you worried about me and Kat? Are you jealous? I see you and her have gotten very close to one another, twice in one day.� Tik said with disappointment and jealously.

"Whatever Tik, you are the one that sound jealous here. Kat and I are just good friends. And you always walked in at the wrong timing that�s all. Well, I am home. I just wanted to make sure everything is ok on your side.�

After Tik hung up the phone with Ken, he looked at Kat and said to him self �What should I do with you Kat? You look so peaceful sleeping like that, and you seem so lonely lying in bed by yourself. I think you need a friend to stay next to you. If it is not me, it might be Ken or Hugo� Sad, because they are not here with you tonight, it�s only me.�

Tik went close to her, and kissed her on the lips and he slowly unbuttoned her shirt and pants. He then kissed her neck and her shoulders. Kat was sound asleep; she was too drunk to notice anything. Tik then went back to her lips and kissed it more. He wanted to move on more by unbuttoning her bra, but instead, he put on her sleeping gown.

�Kat why are you always so lucky. When I look at you, I can�t seem to do anything more but hug you to sleep and stay next to you and comfort you. I don�t know why I can�t use you and hurt you like I do to others girls. Why is it you, I can�t bear to do so. Why?�

Tik was confused with his feelings and didn�t know what to do or think. He just changed her clothes and washed her up and put her in bed. He than laid next to her and hugged her like he did when she was hurt by Hugo and cried on his chest until morning.
