| For the safety of our sitters, Furry Friends maintains a special policy regarding hostile or aggressive pets. As noted elsewhere on this site, Furry Friends will assess extra charges for services performed on animals deemed hostile. The "hostile pet" fee is a flat $10 per visit, per such pet. Determinations of temperament will be made either during the initial consultation or the key-and-instruction pick-up visit. Additionally, Furry Friends reserves the right to refuse any services or all service to pets deemed too hostile or aggressive. |

| Through Pet Sitter Associates, LLC, Furry Friends carries liability coverage for all property and persons who may be harmed during our care of your pets. We are also insured for our Pet Service Providers� stewardship of your home and its contents, in lieu of bonding. Coverage carried through Evanston Insurance Company of Evanston, IL. | Furry Friends will provide a $15 credit for each new client referred to our service by pet owners we currently work with. If you have friends with pets, don�t hesitate to ask for some of our business cards to pass around. |

| Prior to service, a deposit of 50% of the Total Charge is required, in cash or a check made out to Furry Friends Pet Services. Owners who cancel service more than 24 hours in advance of Furry Friends� first visit are entitled to a refund of 90% of their deposit. Owners who cancel the day of service are entitled to a refund of 50% of their deposit. Deposit is forfeited once service period has begun. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks. |

| Prior to contract signing, owners must provide Furry Friends with proof of their pets� current rabies vaccination or proof from a doctor for not having been vaccinated. Dog owners must also provide proof of licensing with their municipality, as is required by municipalities throughout our service area. |
| Personal Information provided to Furry Friends for any reason will not be shared with any other company or individual, ever, with two exceptions:
1. Direct, written instruction to do so by the pet owner, and 2. Medical Emergencies requiring provision of information to a Veterinary Care Provider. |
| Because all pet owners should be able to provide their furry friends with care when they�re gone, owners who cannot afford full service prices may request this discount. To qualify, owners must request and fill out an application, provide a recent pay stub to and permit a walk-through of their home by a Service Provider. Following review, eligibility will be determined by Furry Friends. If you are eligible, the following rates will apply (based on 2005 Mercer County Income Statistics):
