We will administer medication to your pet �provided by you � according to your instructions, which must be provided in writing during the consultation or pick-up visit. We reserve the right, however, to deny certain methods of administration of medication to any pets deemed �hostile.�
Any animal in need of medical attention will be taken immediately to the hospital or emergency center of your choice. If an owner declines to specify either, Furry Friends will take their pet to one of our preferred care providers, listed below. In either case, the owner will be called about the incident prior to moving the pet. In all such cases where owners cannot be reached, pets will be taken immediately for veterinary care. In all such cases, owners must agree prior to service to pay for any necessary veterinary care.
