The Used     Fall Out Boy

Andy Hurley         Joe Trohman

  Peter Wentz      Patrick Stump

Welcome to my site. I am making this for Mr. Espinola's web design class. This page will be about one of my favorite bands called Fall Out Boy.

They are from the suburbs of Chicago and formed in 200. The band members are: Patrick Stump-guitar/vocals, Peter Wentz- bass guitar/vocal, Joe Trohman- guitar, Andy Hurley- drums.

Andy Hurley was born on May 31, 1980 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is the drummer of the band of Fall Out Boy Previously, Hurley played drums in the Chicago metal core band Racetraitor, and in 1999 played drums on Vegan Reich's final LP. He also played drums in various bands that included Pete Wentz. As a child Hurley considered himself a trouble maker who drank and ignored authority. He is now a vegan, and leads a straight edge lifestyle (or a lifestyle of abstinence in relation to tobacco, alcohol and recreational drug use). Hurley is a comic book enthusiast and also plays video games such as The Legend of Zelda. Hurley is the second oldest member of the band and plays C&C drums.

Joe Trohman was born on September 1, 1984 in Chicago, Illinois. He plays guitar Fall Out Boy. Trohman says that he eats only Cocoa Crispies. He doesn't "dig any other cereals". Trohman is also a self-proclaimed Star Wars geek and fanatic. Pete Wentz describes Trohman as "the guy who started FOB" and "the glue that holds it all together". After accidentally meeting vocalist/guitarist Patrick Stump at a Borders Books, Trohman introduced Wentz and Stump and got the band rolling. His nicknames include "Duckhunt" and "Trohmania", given to him in reference to the crazy spin kicks he does while playing. Trohman is definitely the life of any show and has plenty of energy all the time. Trohman is the youngest band member and only one who is not "straight edge" and does not live with his parents. Joe was a vegetarian/vegan for years until he broke his veg-edge after locking his keys in the car in a Wendy's parking lot and giving into the urge to eat a chicken sandwich. He plays Fender guitars with Messa Boogie Amps.

Peter Wentz  was born on June 5, 1979 in Wilmette, Illinois. He is the bassist and primary lyricist for  Fall Out Boy. Pete grew up in the Chicago Hardcore punk scene, and was in several bands before Fall Out Boy, including Arma Angelus and Yellow Road Priest. Wentz has written a book entitled "The Boy With the Thorn In His Side," which is a story based on nightmares he had as a young child. He has a book titled "The Rainy Day Kids" coming out this January.

Patrick Stump   was born on April 27, 1984 in Evanston, Illinois and is the lead singer and guitarist of Fall Out Boy. Stump was originally a drummer; when he joined Fall Out Boy he had never sang for a band before, or had singing lessons. He first met Joe Trohman at a Border's bookstore when he overheard Joe talking about the band Neurosis, in whom he was also interested. Soon after that, Pete Wentz met Patrick at his house and the band was formed. Patrick writes all of the music for Fall Out Boy. Music, not lyrics. His visual trademark is his constant wearing of hats and his sideburns. Lastly, his next project is co-producing the new record for The Hush Sound.
