you've shrunk again, haven't you ashley?
will you marry me?
March 8:

Last day. Which really sucked cause it was a monday, and therefore the kids got up early and went to school. I saw them off, watched some tv with my aunt, showered, and then uncle guy drove me to Tswwassen and picked up my rents. There was a bunny in my grandparent's yard. It's really not that important, but it was little and brown and oh so cute, and it's my diary, so I'll talk about what I wanna and what I find important.. which I've already stated.. it isn't.. but whatever I'm done talking about the bunny.
We said goodbye, and then drove to the airport. I hate plane rides. Well actually I really don't mind them, but somehow on this trip, they were the enemy. No wait. I had like, a major headache the entire trip, which the plane only made worse.. that's the real enemy here!
We got back in time for the kids to be out of school, so I saw Morgan and Ryan and Andrew right away. Morgan was all chipper, which I was not, and he was determined to wake me up. Grr. We walked down to Mac's, which is really far so that sucked, but it did wake me up, and my headache disappeared. So that's good. He proposed twice more or so on the way back, that crazy kid. I don't know why he likes me. And I go and like his brother? Stupid crazy world we live in.
I saw Kevin this time, he was gone when we came through on thursday. He's like, my boss' boss, heh. We all had lasagna together, yum. After, I listened to Ryan play his guitar, I love to do stuff like that. Oh, and I watched Tom swim, he's like, the coolest fish ever. I'll abduct him next time I'm out haha.
We stayed in Calgary until about 7 or 8 or so, then drove home. I was tired, and I tried to sleep the way back, but I never did. Got home, actually unpacked (I never do that the day I get back), changed, read, went to sleep. And thus ends my cool trip in BC.

March 7:

Church. I was nervous/excited to go. But it was ok so it's all good. The Pallots were late, of course, we beat them and we were almost late. Anthony was wearing this like, silk suit. It was cool/wierd. I was so happy to see them all again. Anthony told me that I had grown, hah what a lie.
So there we were, sitting in church and all, having a conversation, about what I cannot remember. But with Anthony, it's never bad. He showed me his grad pics, man that's scary. I was supposed to take one but I didn't, and now I'm back in Alberta writing this, gradpictureless. But he said he would send one in a letter, so it's all good. Better be a letter haha.
Church was ok, I feel kind of guilty being there when I don't know where I stand and all, but what can you do? I helped deknot a necklace for Shari, talked with Anthony, got shunned from wine cause I look young even though Anthony got some and he's younger than me (lent), but whatever. He does look older. :p
Church ended, youth started. I like it there, in youth, I recognised some people I saw there from previous trips. I just sat there, I feel like such an idiot, but heck if I know how to work a bible.. haha how pathetic eh? Eh Morgan? Lol. Thankfully I wasn't asked to read anything, I hate doing that too, reading out loud in groups and stuff. We read Mark's (?) version of the crucifixion, I'm not good with that, this isn't supposed to sound sacreligious or anything, but I don't care if it was really the son of God or not, no one should go through that. It's sad. Anthony told me later that he thought I was going to throw up or something. I know I wouldn't have, if anything I would have left the room. Ok, come on, blood gets me queasy.. talking about nine inch railway like nails going through.. .. I can't even write about it without feeling queasy so I'll stop. Bleh.
After church, we went home, ate, and waited for 2 to come. At 2 we went back to the church, and played hockey. Which means I decided not to, and my cousins did, while Shari and I played table tennis, foosball, and started pool with a bunch of others, but man I wanted to play with some people who could, when Lucas walked in.
Lucas is Morgan's boyfriend. I've never met him before. He came with his friend, Matt, and both of them are so emo. I like emo, I do, but I don't look emo so it's sad I guess. I don't know what they were expecting. We went for a drive, were going to get Krispy Kremes, pathetically long lineup, gave up on that, and went into a mall instead. From there we talked about stuff, cause I didn't know Matt at all, and barely Lucas, and normally I wouldn't  meet someone I really didn' t know except over the net, but I trust Morgan's judgement, I mean, if she went to Surrey and met Anthony, I know she would be ok, cause I trust him and I know she could and all.. off topic. But yeah, it was cool to meet him, a little awkward, of course, but cool. I took some pictures, they're currently being developed.
We got back at 3:45 or so, and I hung out with everyone at the church again. Shari really didn't like either of them at all. It was kinda scary.. I've never seen her glare like that...  We eventually made our way back home, we stayed to make sure everyone got their rides, and then left.. I kinda wish I had gone with Anthony and Chris, but they were just going home to shower and come over to our house.
They came over, with Joey, the injured one, and of course their parents. They all came for supper. Supper was good, I like pasta. I got to sit at the grown up table.. haha. I usually choose not to, and to eat with the kids, they are more fun, but Anthony and I decided, no, this table. We got to telling stories, about his and Joey's ski trip the weekend before, where he got injured, and how Anthony nearly killed himself haha. Funny stories. :p A wonder they're all still alive. We also talked about the trip they are making this summer, where they will spend a week with us, yeah that would be so cool! Anthony's trying to get out of the trip, and just stay with me for 3 weeks, and I would be so happy with that, I never get to spend any time with him on these trips. Mostly cause they are way too short.
The parents started watching Pirates, Anthony and I watched LoTR 2, we have this tradition with watching those movies, meaning we've seen the first one together and that's all lol. And well, half of the second one now. This is about the only alone time I got with him the entire trip, which means we were alone for 5 minutes before Shari came and invaded. 5 minutes isn't enough to do anything, not that we've ever done anything. I just have to wait until July right?
Anthony's parents stole him away from me, halfway during the movie or so (I don't know where we were, we were just lying there talking), even though I tried to beg to be able to make him stay longer. Jon mentioned something of a sad puppy I am when he left, lingering around the door and all. I guess he's right, but Anthony just makes.. everything.. alright. He's to me what Lucas is to Morgan, what's with the Surrey boys? Must be something in the water....
Jon dragged me away from the door, and we sat down and played clue.

March 6:

Yay for Saturdays! I got up, showered, ate, and waited around for the party to start. I couldn't get back to sleep after being woken up, so I was up by 9. Yuck. When Chel got up, I was online, and so naturally she invaded and talked to my friends. She talked to Morgan and Brayden, who she thought was a girl haha, and who's nickname is Loki, and so she kept yelling out Loki! I guess she liked it, she made me call her Loki #2, haha. Eventually she had to leave to shower, so I got the computer back for a little while. But it's ok, I'm sure they didn't mind my cousin. I talked to Morgan in french, and tried to talk to Loki too. W/e
The party started around 1 or something, we got there and I got attacked by my cousins again. Jon deliberately stood next to me, he loves the fact that he's taller than me now. And I was wearing heels too. Stupid Jon. Bah. Daniel is next, I wager that by the time summer comes, he could very well be towering over me. By next year, though, we guessed for him. And then after Daniel, there's only Shari and Chel, and they're half my age lol. So it'll be a sad day indeed when they pass me, but I'm determined to be the shortest one, haha.
The party was fun, we played around for a while, got bored, found a deck of cards, played janitor, it's all good. Shari and her cuteness, yay I'm not janitor! but shari, you're vice. But I'm not janitor! Haha she's hilarious. I love all my cousins so. Especially the younger ones, I seem to be good with them or something. Go me. I was hoping the Pallots would be there, but they weren't. Well, the grandparents were, that was cool, to see them again and everything. But, you know. Ah no of course you don't. I wanted to see the kids, of course. Anthony and Joey and Chris. But whatever I'll see them tomorrow at church.
I stayed over at Jon and Daniel and Shari's house, yay! They were happy. And so was I. I love going to their house, we sing in the car, and it was funny, it's all this music I like and listen to, and Jon is like, do you know this song? Duh, of course I know Summer of 69! Yeah! And they had Saw Her Standing There, which I wouldn't have known before Feb, but I know now and love, so it was cool.
We got home, and were going to watch a movie or something, but I don't think we ever ended up doing such a thing. Oh well. I was tired, and hey, church in the morning.

March 5:

We got to BC at like, noon I think. Aunty Linda picked us up from the airport. From there, we went to downtown Vancouver to pick up the cake for Grampa's 75 birthday. Yum, it's such a good cake, let me tell you. We went to Tswwassen from there, after dropping the cake off in Ladner, to visit my grandparents. We had lunch with them. Linda and I left to go pick up Brittany, her daughter, my cousin, from school. Heh suckers who were still in school. We picked her and Katrina up from school, and came back to Ladner. Chelsea and I helped Britt (Chel is her younger sister) do her paper route. It took time, but it was fun cause it was with my cousins, and the weather was so nice. After, we went back to Tswwassen for supper, where everyone came. I was so happy to see all my cousins, it was awesome. Then it commenced, the usual
"come home with us Ash" "no come to my house!!". Heh. I love being .. loved. Haha. I ended up doing back to Ladner, promising to go to Surrey the following evening. Which was probably the right decision cause a) then I could go to church in Surrey, b) when I got home from the evening at my grandparents' house, I went online and crashed on the couch shortly, when my cousins from Surrey would have wanted to do something. So it's all good.

March 4:

Went to Calgary, first step on my trip to BC! Yeah!!! Go BC!!! I was nervous to go to Calgary, we stayed at some old friends' house, and I hadn't seen the kids for like, 3 years (except Andrew, who I saw this past summer). It was scary, cause they're all boys.. and yeah. But it was fun. I never realised Morgan was my age. And that Ryan is so young (15, almost 16). And that their last name is Boyd, making him a Ryan Boyd. AAAAaaaaaaAAA!! Haha. We joked around, about how if I married him, I would have married Ryan Boyd.. and he wants to be a dentist, so he would be Dr. Ryan Boyd.. a little scary thank you. It's cool though, to see them again. Morgan proposed to me.. like... twice... :| (msn face) We had some vodka, schmirnoff (I've had it how many times and I still cannot spell it.. sad) ice, one each, and watched part of undercover brother. I shared my drink with Ryan, it's fun giving alcohol to minors... hehe.
Ryan played some guitar, Andrew threw pillows at me, Morgan followed me around.... it was interesting.
