Appeals

If you have been refused (VISA) entry clearance for any of the above categories then we can assist you in lodging and preparing your appeal before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (IAT) in the UK. We can also advise you whether you are entitled to lodge an appeal under the Human Rights Act (1998).
