And in State vs. White, 97 Wis. 2d 193, 295 N.W. 2d 346, 348 (1980) the court said: "White its purpose is no longer to authorize the seizure of the person of the defendant, it is the jurisdictional requirement for holding a defendant for a Preliminary Examination or other proceeding.

Now the State knowsit has not met its legal obligation to the law in regards to the Probable Cause. So the State sought to cure this ill!! by attaching a Sworn Affidavit of detective captain Kenneth Meuler to support and establish Probable Cause in the criminal complaint. And since the State had no witness for the murders Meuler's Affidavit sought to make me a witness against myself! in violation of my 5th Amendment Rights. Because in Meuler's Affidavit, he indicated that I had made a legal confession to these counts to him and district attorney E. Michael McCann. But this is a lie! No such legal confession was made! Nore can you find any confession in any of the court proceeding. And if you remove this false! statement from Meuler's Affidavit, you will find no! witness or evidence to lead a rational minded person to find Probable Cause on the four corners of this four page Affidavit.

[see] Franks vs Delaware, 438 U.S. 154, 155-56 (1978) the court said: Once the false information is removed from the Affidavit. If the Affidavit does not support Probable Cause on its four corners then the defendant is to be immediately released.

And keep this in mind: Meuler's Affidavit only mentions two persons by name other then myself. And those were Charles Edward Purifoy and Willie Wilks, that was supposed to have been involved in this crime. And no time does Meuler indicate that these two men Continue to read...
