What you get from personal training
When you sign up for a personal training session with me, you'll get my un divided attention, helping you along the way. You'll have on the spot help for form, nutrition, and exercise questions along with a complete personalized workout for you to reach your goals! Whether its to lose weight, get back in shape, pack on that muscle, or just looking to get your diet on track, these sessions are what's best for you.
Rates
Each session can either be 50 minutes or 30 minutes, including a 10 minute cool-down and stretch.
