Coroico is a small town located 97km from La Paz, Bolivia. It stands 7,000 meters high, and is located in the sub tropical region of Bolivia. This town is one of the main tourist attractions of Bolivia. Several hotels (many five star) are scattered around the town. River rafting, trekking, and exploration are some of the activities in which most tourists engage in. The climate is always cool, and the temperature is at an average of 23-25 degrees Celcius all year long. Waterfalls, Rivers, Canyons and Jungles surround the town and provide activities for the adventureous.

The night life is wild, and even more so on specific holidays. The 20th of October is the town's holiday and it is one of the biggest celebrations the town has other than New Year's Eve.

Basketball courts, Soccer fields, WallyBall courts and many swimming pools are scattered around town for those looking for some physical activities.

Coroico also has it's own produce market, in which one can buy some of the most freshly picked fruits around. The coffee is superb and the food exquisite. Coroico houses 8,000 habitants. But there's always room for it's guests....
