In this page I will be describing to you the robot arm that my class constructed in class. Also, I will tell you about other robots that affect our society.
The system shown is a ROBIX system. There are different types of robots that you can build with this kit. We decided to build the robot arm. Others include the golfer, the snake, the walker, and more! You can see the others at the ROBIX web site. Go there!!!
This is the HAZBOT III. It was developed for the removal of hazardous materials from places. Fire Departments and Police departments use versions of the hazbot for search and rescue and bomb recovery.
