These
questions may be two FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS of any people, who experienced
Mr. Giacconi’s very obscure site (see section 8.1. above). The answers, however,
can only be given by the Nobel Committee for Physics in Stockholm, Sweden, what
will be surely in the interest of the WORLDWIDE PUBLIC OPINION and of the INTERNATIONAL
PRESS, FIRST OF ALL THE SWEDISCH ONE.
Why do these questions arise?
They
arise because, as soon as Mr. Palma knew of the award of the Nobel Prize for
the Physics to Mr. Giacconi (by beginning Oct. 2002), he wrote some Emails and
even a registered letter to that Committee, demanding it to intercede with Mr.
Giacconi, in order that this person, once reached his utmost moment of glory,
could finally show some humanity and act finally for Palma’s suffered tort (by
remedying in such a way also versus his obscure site and also versus his failing
behaviour of disregard of law held up to that time).
In
fact, Mr. Giacconi by his “NO DECISIONS” and “DISREGARD OF LAW”, when he was
Director at ESO, was and is just the first responsible of having ruined Palma’s
life, but just to protect the proved dishonesty in millions German Marks at
ESO Procurement by part of the ESO Head of Contracts together with the delinquent
failing ESO ADMINISTRATION during the 1995-1999!
Instead of granting a prize to Mr. Palma for the good professional
job, for his honesty and for the savings, that he proved made for the Organisation
up to that time, Mr. Giacconi let handle him worse than a beast between 28.6.1995-End
July 1995 and concurred to his illegal dismissal, simply because the subaltern
was maintaining his MORAL INTEGRITY AND PROFESSIONALISM in said irregularities
of Procurement. An ESO internal judicial Board will prove this fact also:
I.E.,
the only reason why Mr. Palma lost his job at ESO, and afterward criminally
offended by personal search, then mishandled, threatened, slandered, injured
etc., was simply due to the fact that he was a HONEST PERSON at ESO, whereas
RICCARDO GIACCONI openly liked to uphold the DISHONESTY AND THE FAILING MANAGEMENT
IN THE ORGANISATION. AFTERWARDS, ON 1999, GIACCONI LEFT THE ESO, BUT WITHOUT
CARING TO REMEDY TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND PENAL FAILURES HE PROVOKED!
(Once again all the facts are described above: Look at Palma’s latest correspondence with the ITALIAN NATIONAL REPRESENTATIVES OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE ORGANISATION E.S.O., then “Who is Francesco Palma” and especially the section 2.1. above.
Anyway,
the Nobel
Committee for Physics, which Mr. Palma appealed by the 11.11.2002 by demanding
it to mercifully intercede for a Giacconi’s humanity, was as well so human,
that it even did not answer at all to those repeated petitions.

At this point, the above arisen questions are legitimate by the lack of any attention and by the lack of any reply from the Nobel Committee for Physics to said correspondence, which was demanding an intercession for a shred of humanity for a honest person, who surely did not deserve a treatment like a beast, to which Riccardo Giacconi concurred in his quality of ESO Director General on 1995!
THE NOBEL COMMITTEE FOR PHYSICS IS NOW CHALLENGED BEFORE OF THE WORLDWIDE OPINION TO GIVE ADEQUATE ANSWERS, IN THE GENERAL INTERESTS OF THE PUBLIC OPINION, THEN NOT ONLY OF MR. PALMA.
MR.
PALMA AND THE PUBLIC OPINION SHALL KNOW, WHAT ARE THE REASONS FOR WHICH AN APPEAL
TO NOBEL COMMITTEE FOR AN INTERCESSION FOR A SHRED OF HUMANITY BY PART OF A
PERSON RECEIVING A NOBEL PRIZE, ON THE OTHER HAND ALSO FOUNDED ON THE HUMANITY
OF THE SCIENTISTS, WAS FULLY DISREGARDED AND WHETHER OR NOT A NOBEL PRIZE IS
AWARDED, OUT OF ANY CONSIDERATION OF THE HUMANITY AND OF THE REGARD OF LAW THAT
THE PERSON SHOWED IN HIS LIFE, EVEN FEW YEARS BEFORE OF HAVING AWARDED IT.
SHORTLY IS A MAN, WHO IS ANYWAY SEVERELY IMPEACHED IN A CRIMINAL
SCANDAL AND WHO IS SURELY CONTINUING TO INFRINGE BY HIS ATTITUDE THE APPLICABLE
INTERNATIONAL LAWS, WORTH OF A NOBEL PRIZE?
