APPEAL TO THE NOBEL COMMITTEE FOR PHYSICS TO INTERCEDE WITH MR. RICCARDO GIACCONI, one of the Nobel Prize for Physics on 2002

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I kindly implore the NOBEL COMMITTEE FOR PHYSICS OF THE ROYAL ACCADEMY OF SCIENCE to intercede on behalf of me with Mr. RICCARDO GIACCONI, Nobel Prize for Physics, in order that Mr. Giacconi may show finally a shred of HUMANITY IN MY FAVOUR as sick and severe disabled person, who was injured by a disability acquired in service, then outraged, threatened and slandered, only under Giacconi’s exclusive liability, when he was Director General of the International Organisation E.S.O. (European Southern Observatory, Munich, Germany) in the years 1994-1999.

It was just due to Mr. Riccardo Giacconi’s disregard of any LAW and of any HUMANITY that I lost the job and remain deprived since the 1995 of an essential E.S.O. Health Insurance for an incipient blindness and for another disability acquired in service under his Management.

I try to give you only a basic understanding of the situation:

- I worked as Procurement Officer under a Giacconi’s Directorship on 1994-1995.

- On 28.6.1995 at 17,25 Riccardo Giacconi allowed his dishonest manager of Contracts and Procurement to throw me literally out of the E.S.O. in five minutes, by a violent raid in my office, after an accurate personal search and a confiscation of all personal acts for a Tribunal, despite of a severe disability of mine occurred in service and despite of the grant of an extension of an employment contract by a Board, simply because I was maintaining a MORAL INTEGRITY and a serious PROFESSIONALISM in a Procurement of about 25 Millions of German Marks (~13 Millions Euro), whereas my Head of Contracts was financing undue 6.855.282 DM (~3,43 Millions Euro) to a supplier.

Anyway, since the scope of this act is not to report facts, unless of giving a short understanding, but A DEMAND OF YOUR INTERCESSION ON BEHALF OF MINE, I don’t go further.

[All the facts are reported in about 40 Lawsuits of mine against the E.S.O. (Directorship Giacconi) at the I.L.O. HEREBY I SIMPLY BEG FOR YOUR GRACE, FOR YOUR MERCIFUL INTERCESSION WITH MR. RICCARDO GIACCONI, IN ORDER THAT, AFTER HAVING REACHED THE HIGHEST GLORY OF A NOBEL PRIZE, HE MAY ACT FINALLY WITH A SHRED OF HUMANITY FOR ME.

I BEG THAT MR. RICCARDO GIACCONI INTERVENES AND AFFECTS FINALLY THE DECISIONS OF THE ACTUAL DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE E.S.O. (WHAT HE DISREGARDED IN HIS PREVIOUS FUNCTION), IN ORDER THAT THE E.S.O. GRANTS ME AFTER SEVEN YEARS ITS HEALTH INSURANCE FOR MY INCIPIENT BLINDNESS AND ALL MY RIGHTS OF A SEVERE DISABLED PERSON FROM THE E.S.O. TOGETHER WITH ALL CONCERNED INDEMNITIES.
