'Children speaking' and observation of the: Effects on the child(ren) subjected to an allegation/confirmation of medically substantiated case of child abuse.

Identification of questionable and potentially illegal medical practitioner behaviour in relation to medically defined cases of child abuse.

This paper has been produced following an analysis of several 'alleged' and 'confirmed' cases of Msbp that F.R.A.M.E has investigated

‘Red flags’ for suspecting a malicious or vexatious allegation, confirmation or notification of Msbp.

Several of the cases that F.R.A.M.E has investigated has revealed very significant and worrying patterns that cast significant doubt on the motivation of the doctors involved in the allegation, confirmation and notification of child abuse to DoCS. This paper reveals the way in which these cases have consistently been formulated and notified to DoCS.

'
Recipe' for protecting women/parents against a questionable allegations, confirmations or notifications of medically substantiated cases of child abuse.

The suggestions in this paper were formulated, in part, from the patterns that emerged during the investigation of several Msbp cases which are highlighted in the paper entitled 'red flags'.

Tongue in cheek 'recipe' for creating yet another Msbp case in NSW., Australia

This is F.R.A.M.E at it's most cynical, when we were just starting out, and when we were continually being rocked by the revelations of these cases. We were not coping with our strong sense of indignation and outrage and extreme disappointment with the attitude and actions of several health practitioners, DoCS workers and senior bureaucrats and Ministers actively involved and caught up in these cases.

The problems with the allegation of Munchausen Syndrome by proxy (Msbp).

Msbp is a very controversial allegation of child abuse which is currently under scrutiny and investigation in several countries. This paper is in process, and we invite comment on the accuracy of the information and additional submissions for the enhancement of this paper.

Best practice guidelines for the medical management of suspected cases of Msbp.

This is F.R.A.M.E when we had settled down a bit and when we had begun to think strategically and pro-actively in an effort to enforce, strengthen and protect the integrity of our child protection system

Shortfalls in DoCS (NSW., Australia) practices in medically substantiated cases of child abuse.

The Department of Community Services is the bureaucracy entrusted with the responsibility to protect our children in New South Wales (NSW), until such time as all people allow children to live in the world without being abused. F.R.A.M.E has undertaken a role to promote and protect the integrity of the system and to ensure it's accountability to the people of NSW. This paper reveals the individual and systemic shortfalls in DoCS practices in such cases, and provides DoCS to self reflect and consider the inadequacies in their system in the expectation that they will work (ideally with F.R.A.M.E) to amend and reform their system for the protection of all children unfortunate to be made subject to a notification.

Parental guide to the Dos and Don'ts of child abuse allegations
