MR. T:I bet you never heard a weirder thing! I was walking the dogs one afternoon, when I met this old, slightly demented greek man. We know him well, he likes to buy a wafel for the dogs whenever he gets a chance. So, he was about to that again, when I told him this wasn't a good idea considering they got health problems aplenty as it is. He then tells me to wait a second, while he gets something in his car, so I dohe's back I no time with a big plastic can with what looks like water in it, it had large red crosses drawn on it. He opens it and dips his fingers in it and makes the sign of the cross over Toby's head while mumbling something. I ask him what good that would do him, and he said he had just blessed my dog and that from now on all his problems would be gone!! Good that some people still believe in miracles!

Magnus: He is one hell of a cat. He has an air of utter superiority about him and always seems to keep his cool no matter what. He's not too fond of the dogs tho, so therefore he has decided to take up permanent residence at our neighbours house, where he's treated as a king (with he's own pillow, heating/ventilator system, food, etc.). So whenever they go on holydays, the neighbours come over and us if we would like to take care of our own cat for a week or two, hehe. The latest joke is when the vet came. Since Magnus has very long fur it needs to be brushed a lot, but he's not much in that kind of thing so whenever you bring out a brush he makes a run for it. But lately he's been having some skin problems because of his fur (and the knots in them), so the vet took him with him so that he could give him a good shave while under heavy aneastecia When the lost hero returned from his visit at the vet's, he looked more like a poodle than a cat!! Really!! All naked except for the paws, tail and head!! He seemed to know that he looked kind of funny too. When released, he walked straight to the garden door and demanded to be let out, and when passing our other cat in the garden, he gave him a glance that obviously meant "Say one word about my hair and I'll slice you to dices!!" So in conclusion, never get a long haired cat with an attitude, hehe.

Mr. Tim: This is without doubt the one cat the worst case of "separation anxiety"!! He'll follow you around the house to make sure he's not missing out on anything. He's more like a dog really, I'm still waiting for him to dig up bones or say "Wuf". He comes when you call for him, he answers your questions (with a polite "Miauw") before you even get to ask them and he'll sit on anything that has the slightest sign of human life about it. He's very much an indoor cat too. Can't recall the last time I saw him anywhere near the garden. His favorit pass-time is undisputebly the pillow game. This is a very simple game that consists of you trying to sleep with your head on the pillow, and him pushing you of it, inch by inh. Before you know it, you're going downstairs to get another one for yourself!

Ying and Yang: These two ferrets are the greatest entertainers you'll ever see! Let them loose in a room (though make sure there isn't anyway they can get out of there) and they'll run around like mad for hours on end. I used to let them run around the living room while watching TV, but had to be very careful where I put my feet. Not only because they're all over the place and you might step on them while they zoom past you, but also because they have a tendency to go for your bit toe! None of the other toes are half as interesting as your big toe (don't ask me why). See normally a well trained ferret will never bite (unless it's playing) but the big toe thing is an exception to the rule. If I'd walk around the room these two monsters would follow me around, chasing my feet. When they got tired (after a llloooonnngggg time) they'd be in mid run across the floor and suddenly without warning, lay down, curl up and sleep. These animals are without question great pets, but if you choose to get them, be warned!!! They stink like you have never smelled anything worse in your life, and they need a lot of exercise (I'm talking hours of running around the living room as they please). It's not the kind of animal you can let rot in a cage. But if you decide to get one anyway, you'll have a little puppy like animal, who's sure to entertain for hours.
