Dr. Pious is an old, friendly looking human with white hair. He always wears a white lab coat.
Background -
When Dopplertown was invaded by the Ducandian Empire, the brilliant scientist Dr. Pious founded the resistance movement to liberate the city. But after he was captured by the evil General Dakkon, Asara (the new resistance leader) hired the Freelance Reploid to help. The mercenaries not only rescued Dr. Pious but also defeated the Ducandians.
The kindly old scientist was quickly made leader of Dopplertown (with Asara as commander of defences). He has since been working to rebuild the city and prepare for any further attacks from the Ducandian Empire.
