Neon is 6ft tall and wears red and blue neon colored armor with spikes on the shoulders. He has dirty blond hair down to his ears and brown eyes. His rocket launcher is slung over his back while his pistol and knife are hostered on his legs. When he isn't in his armor he usually wears a white T-shirt with blue jeans.
Personality -
At first glance Neon is sarcastic, cruel and without regard for his comrades. However to those who he calls friends he becomes caring and trustworthy. But even then his cruel and sarcastic nature still exists and he will lash out at someone for a moment of ignorance. Neon loves a good fight and respects those more powerful then him.
History -
Neon doesn't remember who built him or when he was built. The only thing he can remember is waking up in the streets of a city on a snowy December night. He was the found by a human who befriended him but Mavericks killed her soon after. Grief stricken Neon became cold and heartless so he would never be affected like that by a death again. Hey stumbled upon the Freelance Reploids and the promises of money and fighting lured him to join.
