Personality -
Jim is a little on the hyper side, oftentimes not knowing when to shut up. But all in all he's a likeable sort, keeping his more annoying tendancies at bay. This is due largely to the fact that just about anyone on earth can kick his ass with minimal effort. All throughout life he was slower, weaker, and of frail constitution, and was constantly tormented by his peers for his lack of physical ability. Nevertheless, Jim has no true enemies, and to call him 'friend' is to have his undying loyalty, and neverending support.

History -
Jim lived the life of an outcast ever since birth. Through his childhood he learned the meaning of self-sufficiency, and was quick to move away from home as soon as he graduated high school. Immediately upon his graduation date, he joined the Air Force, where his sharp vision and almost superhuman level of hand-eye coordination made him stand out among his peers. He suddenly found himself flooded with a level of prestige and respect he had never before known, and knew from that day onward he was a military man. He signed on for three consecutive four-year enlistments, and quickly mastered virtually every known vehicle. His skills as a pilot were (and still are) exceeded by none, and equaled by few.
However one year into his third enlistment, a rival (a Reploid by the name of Skyrock) grew morbidly frustrated at his complete inability to defeat Jim in the sims, and framed him for drug use. Jim "failed" his next "random" drug screen, and was promptly discharged from service dishonorably. He had dedicated himself to the Air Force, and as such had no real skills outside of those as a pilot. Since his dishonorable discharge prevented him from working for any civilian air service, he signed on with the Freelance Reploids.
The Freelance Reploids ultimately didn't care what kind of discharge he had--Jim's skills as a pilot were much needed in their ranks. With his total knowledge of all transports, and his uncanny ability to learn new systems on-the-fly (no pun intended), he was right at home.
