Appearance -
Crag is a slightly larger than average sized reploid (bigger and taller). He has sharp features and a cruel look about him. Back when he was a mere squabbling bureaucrat, Crag wore long purple and black robes. Recently, however, he's taken to wearing ornate armor of the same colors. (though most Ducandians wear uniform gray armor)
Background -
The Ducandian Empire is a militaristic city-state populated entirely by reploids and bent on fascist expansionism and the idea that reploids are beings far superior to humans. No one embodies these values more than the ambitious politician Crag. He is an extremist who advocates tyranical doctrines. He rose to the rank of Underlord by assassinating his competition, then used his power to launch an invasion of Ducandia's peaceful neighbor Dopplertown.
Most recently, Crag was promoted to Overlord. Under his authority, Ducandia has begun construction of an ultimate superweapon: The Mephistopheles (the largest airship ever conceived). He is now in line to become Ducandia's next emperor.
