Appearance -
Cookie looks like a chef, with the tall hat and white apron, checkered undersuit and clean white armor beneath. However, his face is anything but that of a friendly person, with his crazy eyes and prominate jowl.
Personality -
In one word: Frightening. Cookie isn't the type to take a joke, and is constantly screaming at his underlings if they don't put out 200% of their effort. Though everything that comes out of the kitchen is perfect (well, as perfect as cafeteria food can be), Cookie's temper and mean spirit is usually enough to keep most people away.
Background - Cookie has always been the SG's Master Chef, and, much to the chagrin of the patrons, will most likely be the Master Chef until the end of the SG's days. Though Cookie's foul temper has put him at odds with almost everybody, nobody can really fault the goods that come out of his spotless kitchen. He keeps everything in order, even if he has to beat people to make it so.
