There are three extremely hazardous properties currently known.

Seltsam Property - 170 Oak Street - Herbie liked to collect things, especially metal things!
Mansfield Bleachery - off Morse Street - once a glue factory (hence Glue Factory Pond) then became involved in textile manufacturing from 1890 until 1966.
Porter Estate - Porter's Corner, on Cocasset Street
