Quads a'Loco (or...those crazy guys that race four-wheelers)
Can you say 'absolute contrast'?  I think you can.  My step-son Dustin is aboard his almost-totally-stock Warrior.  He's raced (as of March, '02) a total of twice.  My Warrior is far from stock, and I've been racing longer than Dustin's been alive.  But I'm sure the day will come when he'll be whompin' my butt all over the track...hopefully that day is later rather than sooner.
So after a 17 year absence, I'm back into motocross.  Note that it's a Yamaha... and it's number 13.  It's a Yamaha Warrior... yes, I motocross a Warrior.  I've been told (mostly by twerps in California where apparently everybody has more money than they do sense) that NOBODY motocrosses a Warrior...but I do, and I do well with it.  Mostly, I ride the 0-350 Fourstroke class, but I also ride the Fourstroke C class if the track doesn't go by engine size.  I have also run a few times in the 351 & Up Fourstroke class (with 400EXs, Suzuki Z400s, Caannondales, Raptors and the like).  Click on the picture at left to go to the page just on my quad.
My boy Dustin.  His is also a Warrior, albeit with a few less mods.  His features Graydon nerfs and front bumper, SuperTrapp pipe and Holeshot tires on ITP wheels. That's pretty much it.  But it's more than enough for somebody just starting out.  I mean, would you send a sixteen year old to get his license in a Ferrari?
