To
make ordering our product much easier for you we hope this page will
answer any questions or problems you may have with ordering our product.
Payment Methods
For we are a small business company operating with a timeframe of
24 weeks, we can only offer a direct deposit into our account or to personally
contact us at our location and
pay by cash or cheque (appointment needed).
Postage Methods
We
prefer you to personally buy our products from us at our location. But we
do offer to post our product to you via Australia Post for small orders and
items we have in stock. There will be a fee of $5.50 for
postage and handling using normal post, this is for 3 items and less. If
there are
additional items (more than 3 items), we will calculate the total postage
fee. If you would like to add registered post there is an additional fee
of $2.35 and for express post we will calculate the total. We
take care in packaging our product and we are not liable if item
is lost or damaged.
Therefore it is encourage to use registered post or add postal insurance. To
take a more secure approach we are also selling our product on ebay.
Ebay
This is a new venture for our company and for Young
Achievement Australia. We are still in the process of setting up an account
and listing our product. But we aim to have our product listed in a couple
weeks time, so keep checking for updates on our Home page.
Bulk Orders
4YA is a company not just offering a product but also a service. We
accept special orders that consist of your own design. A minimum of
50 caps is needed
and a maximum of two colours allowed for the design. There is an option
of screen printing your design or to embroid your design. Note if you
would like to embroid your design it may attract a higher cost. With
the 50 caps or more, you are allowed to pick any number of colours,
for example, you can have 10-black/white, 10-pink/white,
5-red/white, 5-navy/white and 20-white/white to make up the 50 caps
but with only the one design. A pricing strategy has been produced
for such orders (see table below).

The price includes plain
caps, design set-up costs, printing and shipping
