Young Achievement Australia's mission is:
" To develop business enterprise skills, capacities and understanding in all young Australians through partnerships with business, education and the community to contribute to Australia's prosperity".

These skills, capacities and understandings are developed through the experience of participating in the Young Achievement Australia (YAA) Business Skills program. This year over 400 YAA Business Skills programs which are known as YAA Companies will operate across Australia throughout metropolitan, regional and remote areas.
