4YA has decided upon a set of company ethics. The following information has been approved by majority vote of the company and will be strictly enforced.
Any member acting outside of these company ethics will be reported to the Human Resource Division.

Communications and trust

4YA value openness, honesty, encourage employee involvement and autonomy by:

  • Effective Communicating; by informing company members of decisions and Policies and providing accurate feedback. Therefore we ensure effective communication within the company.
  • Being Supportive; by being available, approachable and encouraging and supporting company members on ideas and concerns (either on personal or non personal issues).
  • Mutual respect is upheld.
  • Conflict is resolved through direct communication and should only occur through lack of performance and not personal attacks.
  • We listen effectively to all company members.
  • Open discussion of issues occurs as a group and not through emails.

    Principles of Personal Ethics

    We value personal ethics by:

  • The concern for the well being of Company members.
  • Respect for the autonomy of company members.
  • Being trustworthiness and honest to Company members.
  • Having basic justice; being fair to Company members.
  • Preventing harm.
  • By valuing Diversity (Different opinion etc).
  • Showing Equality and respect to all company members. Therefore we show tolerance towards every company member, so no member will be judged on personal preferences or opinions.
  • By foster teamwork.
  • And by demonstrating ethical behaviour towards every company member.

    Shareholder and Customer Values
  • We believe that by looking after the interests of all our shareholders, engaging dialogue and being open and transparent in our communications from customer to shareholder, we will be able to realise our full potential as a successful business. We always put the customer first.

    Motivation
  • We value our willingness to exert high levels of quality effort (giving 100%) and as well as its intensity by each company member to reach company goals. And last but not the least is for all company members to Enjoy and Have Fun in the YAA Business Skills Program for 2004.
