4YA has put together a huge business plan. 81 pages which includes 3 pages for the table of contents, 58 pages for the departments policies, procedures, obectives and about 20 pages for the appendix. So much effort was put into this business plan that it drained the whole company. The result of this was that the next meeting we had after the business plan was due, we were low on morale. But then the following meeting, Erwin and Rian made and performed a song (which is now the 4YA company song) and absolutely boosted company morale 100%, they even got a standing ovation.
