Discerning each article:
A. If the article is excellent, put the "~" in front of it's Save_As title.
If the article is very good, put "1--" in front of it's Save_As title.
If the article is average, put "2--" in front of it's Save_As title.
If the article is just ok, just the title.
B. Then, for each article do at least the first of the following:
Determine which folder or/and subfolder is the most logical place for it.
Determine other folders or/and subfolders are also logical places for it.
(Imagine other possible requests you might get.)
If a new topic comes to your mind, then make another folder for it
