Where to start???, on the whole a well rounded episode I thought, maybe down a peg or two from last weeks on sheer tension and shocks, but just more sensible, my thoughts and fears from last weeks review carry over mostly intact and so there is little point me retreading the same ground. Apart from to say, this did chip away at those fears, but i'm still wanting a big event, the virus exchange seems to fit the bill, but that's next episode, and right now I'm meant to be talking about this episode.

Sarah Clarke as Nina was possibly underused a little, probably recovering from that snog, which almost seemed to last the entire week we'd been waiting for this episode. Nina did seem to be taking everything in, which was perfectly shown in her line "you can't control this", ofcourse referring to Ramon and Hector, my question would be, how much would it be in Jack's interest to control it???, when all is said and done, Hector being out the picture is probably a good thing for Jack, means that when the deal is done, Jack need only worry about Ramon trying to kill him, it also means that Ramon will need Jack more, and so ofcourse Jack will infact be able to control things more. Where was I?, oh yes, nina, yes underused, I just have an underlying sense that the writers are getting a little lazy, merely hoping to cash in on the audiences previous thoughts of nina, and believing that, that will be enough, we will instantly hate her, all over again, they seem unwilling to build on her character to any substantial degree, which I must admit disapponts.

A word of Chase, I'm hoping he will be given more to do, the next episode should yeild the results i'm hoping for there, but he ain't done a whole lot, and I believe the writers have missed a trick, by keeping Chase and Jack apart for so long. But all in all, I believe Chase's character to be nicely boiling to the surface, showing a stubborness which while I know some viewers don't like, I sincerely enojoy. Possibly to further develop this character, he will need in future episodes to given a driving force, something that is clearly motivating him, that is the one thing which I believe is missing, earlier on in the series, there was a sense that he wanted to prove himself to Jack, but it wasn't developed sufficently, and should be re-visited when the envitable reunion between Chase and Jack takes place.

The return of sherry, while slightly predictable was welcome and brought some much over due drive to the Palmer storyline, plus some great lines to boot. Again she was possibly underused, but it's also true that anymore, could have rushed the storyline, which at the moment is simering beatifully as we all try to guess Millikans secret.

I think I've said all I want to say, but to sum up, it's still on auto pilot at the moment, and the best of the series is yet to come, but when it does, it'll be great.
