Halo head in stained glass by Robyn Hynes. Winter, 2007. This was my first ever piece. After receiving a gift of my boy Q done in stained glass for Christmas. I decided I wanted to give this medium a try. I choose to do the head of my red merle aussie girl, Halo. Perhaps I was a bit eager with my first piece, as I had to design the pattern myself, and learn the craft of stained glass. However, I am very pleased with the way it came out. |

Here are two different patterns that can be used for butterflies. I enjoy the side version more. Perhaps it is because of the nice smooth lines and curves. These are very easy beginner patterns, that still look beautiful. |

Stained glass wolf by Robyn Hynes. Spring, 2007 This is a stained glass wolf piece I did for my husband, Lawrence. Our Siberian Husky, Ryder, is his dog, and where his interest lie. He also enjoys wolves, so I thought I would make him this piece. It was my fourth piece ever, so I can see room for improvement now, but I still enjoy it just the same. It looks even more beautiful in a sunlit window. |

Here are two of my most favourite pieces! First is the Stained glass Raven I made for my friend, Lisa Giroux, who is a huge Raven & Crow fan. I am proud to say that it now hangs in her large living room window for all her guest to see. I enjoyed everything about this piece. The pattern is fantastic, and colouring of the glass was absolutely perfect! This piece is much more beautiful in person. The Humming bird is my most recent piece. I have a true love of Humming birds; their colours just dazzle me. I've seen only a couple in my life, as they are not popular in my location. However, each time they tend to take my breath away. I really am proud of this piece, and love the colours I pick. Again, it is much more beautiful in person. |

Stained glass Tulip by Robyn Hynes. Winter, 2008. This is another of my more recent pieces. I'm not a big flower person, but I truly love this piece! The deep purple water glass I picked for the pedals was perfect. The sun shines though it in the most fantastic way. |
