INDIAN INK |
|
Indian Ink Afghan on pink paper by Robyn Hynes. Winter, 2008. This is an Afghan Hound portrayed in an Indian Ink piece. I came up with this design almost entirely myself. I just viewed several images of Afghans gaiting, and came up with my own unique design. I am very proud of this piece, and it is absolutely stunning, even if I say so myself. This piece was a gift for my friend Pamela Skanes, owner of The Furr Factory Dog Spaw. Hope you are enjoying it as much as I enjoyed making it! |
Here is the rough pencil sketch. As you can see there are several changes between the pencil sketch and the Indian Ink. |
This is the finish product, my dog Halo in Indian Ink on olive green paper by Robyn Hynes. Winter, 2008. |
|
I've been told time and time again that this piece really has to be seen to be truly appreciated! The camera has a hard time picking up the metallic gold ink that was used for Halo's eyes and her bandana. This piece was inspired by a head shot of my red merle aussie girl, Halo. |

This is another rough pencil sketch before the finish product. |
This is the finish product, Indian Ink Horse on green paper by Robyn Hynes. Summer, 2008. |
|
Indian Ink Eagle on greenish paper by Robyn Hynes. Summer, 2008. This is absolutely my most favourite piece of all times! It also happens to be the most recent piece I've done. This piece was inspired by a real life picture of an Eagle I found on the internet. I truly wish I remembered the site as I would reference it here. I just want you all to be aware that I did not come up with this idea all by myself. Hope you enjoy! |
