Well, hello! Nice of you to drop by. :) I have pictures of my new baby kitty to share. What? Not another cat?? <sigh> Yes, it's true. A good friend found him abandoned in the Home Depot parking lot and nursed him back to health. She does a lot of cat rescues. Anyway, she named him Homer and asked me to kittysit for a week, while she was away on urgent family business. To make a long story short, I fell in love. How can you not love this face??? So. What sort of person builds a website dedicated to herself? I've asked myself that question not a few times over the last five years. Self-absorbed. Check. Introspective. Check check. Ever so slightly socially inept. Guilty. What can I say -- I'm a Leo with a fear of the limelight. I think that's enough inner turmoil for anyone, don't you?
My personal demesne has taken several shapes and guises over the years and will, I suppose, continue to evolve as I do. Yes, I once had the cute little home page complete with irritating music and insipid animated graphics. A case could be made against the rather ornate interface which squats on this page as well. But, you know what? I like it, so get a ladder and get over it. I will, however, refrain from imbedding midi files, promise.
On this page you may find trap doors and back entries into my inner conversation. Scary. But lets face it, Walter Mitty and I have a great deal in common. So that being said, have a look around, you might learn something, you might even start to understand my little world. Or not, Anyhoo, I hope you have good time poking around.
I seriously considered putting some kind of blog in here, and maybe someday I will, I mean I'm self absorbed enough, but remember what I said about shying away from the lime light? So, maybe I'm not really comfortable with putting it all out there for everyone to see. I can't believe I actually posted a couple fanfics. So we'll have to wait and see, I guess. Meanwhile check out one of my personal heroes: Maayan, Queen of the Blog, and a Scaper too. ( I can't believe she actually had Ben Browder sitting at her feet, and there are pictures too! Wow.
