Brief schematic description
This Recording Controller is fixed inside in Power Unit. The role for this, is to generate the command sequences in surveillance recording process.
If any motion are detected in selected zone, from PIR Motion detector will come signal through Switch system board, to U1 input (in monostable configuration). This will generate two seconds pulse by 4066 gate to POWER ON at Video Recorder. After that, from Video Recorder will returned a 12 Volts signal to confirm that, it is in ON Position and is able to go forward.
In next step, U11 circuit generating a two seconds recording command, and Video Recorder will start to record on tape, selected zone.
U10A bistable circuit will memorize that, Recording mode is ON.
In same time (or with 2-5 seconds delay, depends on recorder) U40 will command Sound Stamping device. This one will record time by artificially voice, obtained from one modified Talking Clock. Also is possible to send this command to Video Date and Time Stamping at Video Camera.
If from PIR Motion detector will come OFF signal, then U21 will send two seconds signal to put Video Recorder in PAUSE position and stop recording. After 3 minutes if still no motion are detected in selected zone, then Recording Controller will generate Power OFF command to Video Recorder.
