         Welcome! When we registered Facilities Management Academy on February 17, 2000 with the Securities & Exchange Commission , Philippines, we had but one purpose�to establish a technical-vocational school to would distinguish itself in the field of service-oriented courses. For us to do that, we knew we needed industry partners that would help us align our training courses with the knowledge, skills and work values that are required by our partners. Our partners have opened their doors to our graduates for either employment and/or on-the-job training.

         Our primary partner is the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). This Philippine government agency assisted us in reviewing our courses, making sure that we measured up to the quality standards set for specific programs.

         Over the span of 3 years we have branched out into 3 sites�Sucat, Muntinlupa City; Legaspi Village, Makati City; and Taft Ave., Manila. We have 8 programs, all duly registered with TESDA. Each program has at least one corresponding industry partner. Our programs and industry partners are as follows:

Basic Course in Building Cleaning & Maintenance Services, partnering with Facilities Managers Inc, a Master Franchisee of ServiceMaster, a global company based in the USA.

Copier Service Technician Course, partnering with U-BIX Corporation, the leading company in copiers & other office facilities

Home Expert Course, partnering with Jolly Maids, a licensee of Merry Maids based in the USA

830-Hour Caregiver Course, (6- month caregiver course) partnering with the Department of Social Welfare & Development, St. Claire�s Hospital, Gericare, Inc., Home of Joy, Tahanan ni Maria and Child Minding Center

326-Hour Geriatric Course, partnering with the Department of Social Welfare & Development, St. Claire�s Hospital, Gericare, Inc and Tahanan ni Maria

2-Year Diploma Course for Nursing Aides, partnering with the Department of Social Welfare & Development, St. Claire�s Hospital, Gericare, Inc. Tahanan ni Maria, and Child Minding Center

Culinary Arts Courses, partnering with Grappas (Makati) and Caffe Appassionato (Makati)

Emergency Care Training Modules specialize in First Aid for different types of workers and Basic Life Support for infants, children and adults. These certified modules are integrated in our various curricula.

2-Year Diploma Course for Hotel & Restaurant Management,The FMA curriculum for HRM gives you the option of continuing on to a BSHRM should you want to aim for a BS degree. Our program is based on the occupational skills standards and the training standards for hotel and restaurant occupations set-up by TESDA qualifications and certifications systems.
