FMA's Diploma Course is patternedafter the American curriculum for Certified Nursing Aide. You will be trained in the following:
. 1. Hospital procedures, patient admission procedures, basic patient care. 2. Nutrition and therapeutic diets 3. Anatomy and physiology 4. First aid and CPR 5. The use of computers and internet 6. Understand how history, geography and economic development of the Philippines and other developed countries affect behavior, values and lifestyle. 7. Relating and working effectively with other people 8. Read, write, speak and understand English using correct grammar, speech intonation, and word usage 9. Communicating effectively with patients of all ages under different situations.
FMA Nursing Aide program combines the best of theory and practice. Students undergo a 3 -month practicum in FMA's institutional partners such as hospitals, nursing homes, & hospices, nursery/ day care.
