Greetings, Fellow Sophonts!T20 Adventures is a website dedicated to my favorite Science Fiction roleplaying game, Traveller. In particular, most of the rules material presented here will focus on Traveller T20, the latest version of the rules produced by Quiklink, Inc. Implementing the D20 System, Traveller T20 captures the feel of the original Classic Traveller game while using a near-universal system for game mechanics. Confederation of Planets Campaign (2003) The Confederation of Planets campaign was my first foray into the T20 ruleset. Over a year-long period, our daring group of adventurers explored most of a subsector's worth of space, encountering a number of alien races as we learned the gaming system in a controlled environment. The Confederation of Planets is an example of an Alternate Traveller Universe (ATU), using T20 rules without the official Traveller setting. Fourth Imperium Campaign (2004) QLI recently started an interactive playtest of TNE 1248, advancing the Official Traveller Universe timeline from the GDW product line Traveller: The New Era (TNE) almost fifty years into the future. The material describes the emergence of a Fourth Imperium, and settles a lot of the outstanding questions from the old TNE product line. By joining the official TNE 1248: Bearers of the Flame playtest, we've gained access to the bright, new future of the OTU, and we've decided to start a new Fourth Imperium campaign with 2004, set in this new timeline. All of the answers aren't available yet, but we're moving forward as best we can. (If you, too, would like details, please sign up using the link provided and add your voice to those shaping the future of the OTU.) The Rest Of The Website Downloads gives you access to the downloads page where I try to maintain a few T20-related downloads for interested parties. Links lists a number of Traveller-related links that should be of interest. Site Updates lists the most recent additions and changes to the T20 Adventure website, for those interested in checking out the most recent (if sporadic) changes. Mostly, however, this is just a website dedicated to the fun and entertainment I've received from the Traveller game over the years, and to the gamers that have made this possible. Thank you, my friends! Sincerely, | |
